關於創辦人
生長於台中,在澳洲生活居住多年,愛旅行,長期投身於餐飲學習和發展自己的廚藝,在澳洲居住期間遇見現在的老公 - 老爺,十足的美食饕客,對美食有著極大的熱情,兩人一起在世界各地探索食物與文化,希望能將這些寶貴的滋味見聞和飲食探索經歷,分享給台灣的朋友。澳洲生活在Ivette的職業生涯中發揮了巨大作用,經過多年在餐飲業的洗禮,和老爺一同回台開創『ivette cafe』,結合自己喜愛的質樸清新設計風格,提供傳統歐洲烹調風味融合當代澳洲料理手法,對消費者健康,對環境友善,減少碳足跡的美味料理。

在這裡會發現食物和生活的美好關係,傳遞『誠食生活』的點點滴滴。

ivette is a visionary, an idealist in the aesthetics of how we live in this world.

ivette café was founded as an Australian style, green café and dining restaurant in Taichung. We promote our “honest food” philosophy by respecting the ingredients in our practices and promoting a healthy diet.

Our menu design originates from the natural environment that surrounds us. Picking the freshest local ingredients where we can and using simple cooking methods to bring out their natural flavours, we are determined to raise awareness in environmental sustainability and start a food revolution in this country. Our goal is to introduce a new way of how we all value and think about “eating” by creating friendly dining experiences in a suburban café restaurant.
